Training Sessions Available Core Fit: A high intensity combo class of kickboxing and strength training 15 Rounds: 15 2 minute rounds of kicboxing no experience needed Teen Fit: Independent and team work for 12 17 year olds sports conditioning and fitnes Core lite & Fit: A low impact class Ultimate Wellness Challenge: An 8 week comprehensive program designed to teach life long healthy habits. 2 months of unlimited group training, nutrition plans and boxing gloves for $300 (receive a $25 discount for every friend who joins the plan)
